PHARMACOLOGY (HOW DRUGS)Faktu for the treatment of hemorrhoids available in the preparation of ointments and suppositories. Faktu contains active substances and substances policresulen cinchocaine local anesthesia. Faktu effects as an astringent, bactericidal activity (killing bacteria) and hemostatic. DOSAGE AND RULES FOR USEAsk your doctor about the dosage and the rules of use Faktu.The usual dose is given:Faktu Ointment: Faktu ointment applied 2-3 times a day, on the sore area. Faktu use for rectal ointment made after a bowel movement, use applicator for use in the rectum.Faktu Suppositories: 1 Suppository 2-3 times daily after defecation. Once a complaint is reduced, giving Faktu can be continued once daily.
SIDE EFFECTSDiscomfort arising locally as burning, itching, usually associated with the effects of therapeutic (treatment), sometimes felt at the beginning of treatment, side effects such complaints usually decreases rapidly. Therefore, discontinuation of treatment is usually not necessary. In patients who are hypersensitive may arise redness.
